Prop Terms of Use
1. Reservation and use
- Reservations can be made by phone or email.
- Please note that rental items can only be used by customers using Asakusa Studio (Studio 4, 11, and 12) during the studio's operating hours.
2. Fees and payments
- The price listed on the PROP page is the basic rental fee (tax included) for one time.
- Regarding payment method, payment will be made together with the studio usage fee.
- Regarding the invoice, it will be written as prop fee. (Please contact us if you would like to list them individually.)
3.Receiving and returning the product
- Rental items will be collected and returned at the studio you will be using on the day.
- Rental items will not be packed or otherwise packed, so please return them to the studio in the same condition as when you received them.
4. In case of damage
- Please contact us immediately if your rental item is damaged or lost. Please also return any damaged items.
- Please note that if the item requires repair, cannot be repaired, or cannot be returned due to loss, etc., you will be charged an amount up to 100% of the selling price of the item.
5. Others
- Due to the specifications of rental items, there may be some dirt or looseness. Please check the status before making a reservation.
- Copyrights may exist in rental items. When taking photos, please be aware of copyright and do so at your own risk.
- Please note that the availability of rental items is subject to change.
- Please note that we will not be able to compensate you for any costs incurred in the event that your photography is interrupted due to damage to rental items.
- If you accept the reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions.
