Located just a 2-minute walk from Akihabara Station, this studio sits on a corner street.
The studio is situated on the first floor of a stately, fully tiled building belonging to a liquor dealers' association, over 50 years old. The antique furniture includes pieces from 1960s America, as well as European pieces ranging from mid-century to the 1980s.
We also have some fairly rare original pieces, so furniture enthusiasts will surely appreciate them. The furniture is generally movable. The studio is 100 square meters. Three sides, including the entrance, are open, allowing for plenty of natural light, but blinds can be used to block out the outside. The front room has brick walls, while the back room features molding.
The walls are finished with Farrow & Ball tile, a British brand highly regarded worldwide for its texture and matte finish.

¥18,700 (¥17,000 + ¥1,700 consumption tax) / 1 hour (Minimum usage time is 2 hours.)
Weekends, public holidays, and outside of the above hours will incur an additional 20% charge. (Minimum usage time on weekends is 3 hours.)
*For groups exceeding 10 people, an additional ¥5,500 (¥5,000 + ¥500 consumption tax) will be charged per additional person / 1 day.

*For groups exceeding 15 people, an additional charge of 8,800 yen (8,000 yen + 800 yen consumption tax) per person will apply per day.
Please note that the location scouting fee is 5,500 yen for every 30 minutes.

Use of the rooftop is only possible if your reservation for Studio 16 is confirmed. Prior consultation is also possible.

*If you wish to use the rooftop after 19:00, please consult us in advance.
*There are restrictions on the number of people who can use the rooftop.
Still photography: Up to 10 people
Movie shooting: Up to 15 people
*If the number of people exceeds the above limits, please wait inside the studio.
■ Regarding Reservations
・Rooftop use is only possible if your reservation for Studio 16 is confirmed. Prior consultation is also possible.
・If you wish to use the rooftop, please consult us at least 3 days before your shooting date.
・Please note that use may not be possible if you consult us less than 3 days before your shooting date, or even if you have consulted us in advance.
・Provisional reservations are not accepted.
■ Regarding Facilities and Prohibited Actions
・The rooftop is not within the studio building, but in the adjacent building across the road.
・There are no power outlets on the rooftop. If you wish to use a generator, please consult us in advance.
・The use of equipment that emits strong light, such as strobes, is prohibited.
・Trains pass near the rooftop.
Pointing lighting equipment or other light-emitting objects towards the tracks or trains is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
・The use of smoke is prohibited.
・The use of speakers, playing musical instruments, or any other activities that produce sound is prohibited. * Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the rooftop building.
* The restrooms inside the rooftop building are unavailable for use out of consideration for other tenants. Please use the restrooms inside the studio.
* If you do not comply with the above rules and regulations, a staff member may speak to you.
