The second floor of this structurally interesting building has been transformed into a musician's attic-like space. The furniture predominantly consists of vintage pieces from the United States. The studio spans approximately 90 square meters and is located in the same building as Studio 13/15. Rest assured, the air conditioning works effectively, so you need not worry about the heat.

Please note that we will stop accepting reservations for the Kyu-Kaigan Studios 13, 14, and 15 starting Monday, September 28, 2026, due to renovation work.However, depending on the requested dates, it may still be possible to accommodate your booking, so please contact us to discuss your needs.

Whole building rental plan (studio.13, studio.14, studio.15)​

You can freely use all of the above studios (in one building) with the following package price.

*If there is a video shoot of less than 30 minutes, such as a making-of movie, it will be a still pack.

3 hour pack / 110,000 (100,000 + tax 10,000)

6 hour pack / 165,000 (150,000 + tax 15,000)

9 hour pack / 220,000 (200,000 + tax 20,000)

*In case of time specification/extension outside of the above hours: 21,120 (19,200 + tax 1,920) / 1h

*If the total number of people exceeds 10, 5,500 (5,000 + tax 500) per additional person / 1 day

9 hour pack / 275,000 (250,000 + tax 25,000)

*If the total number of people exceeds 15, 8,800 yen (8,000 + consumption tax 800 yen) per additional person / 1 day

Please note that the location scouting fee is 5,500 yen for every 30 minutes.
