Changes to Keep

Thank you for using the Kyu Kaigan Studio.

We have recently made some changes to our terms of use for the Kyu Kaigan Studio (tentative reservation). Please be sure to read them carefully.

Before the change

- If we do not hear from you one week before the reservation date, we may cancel your reservation.

After the change

From June 6, 2025

- If you cancel your reservation without any contact one week before the reservation date, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 55,000 yen (tax included). Please note that if we are unable to contact you, we may cancel your reservation at our discretion.

We are happy to discuss the Kyu Kaigan Studio reservation period in advance, so please feel free to contact us.

(Please note that if you make a reservation or keep your reservation from a platform site that lists the Kyu Kaigan Studio outside of our website, our website terms of use will apply.)
